On the 2nd day our rezident recomended this restaurant to us if we don't know where to have dinner. We decided to try, then had dinner at few other places at the seaside, but having compared the food Melteni was our number one for all the evenings. Excellent food (fantastic fresh sea food, pasta and traditional greek food), big portions. Staff is very hardworking, nice and attentive. On two evenings we have received delicious desserts from the house (I regret I forgot to ask what was this fantastic orange dessert - it has just stolen my heart... :-)). If you don't know where to have a wonderful meal with a beautiful view by the seaside - go there. Greetings for all the staff, we will definitely get back there once we are in Kokkari again especially to have this delicious linguine with seafood again... :-)

Dear Meltemi-family, after a too long break of 5 years (our last stay at Kokkari was in 2012 !!!) we are now looking very much forward to seeing you all again. We visit Samos now for 25 years. Meltemi on Kokkari is a special place with great food and perfect hospitality.
This special year we will go to Kokkari both in june and august.

It was our first stay at the island and we had diner at meltemi on the very first evening after arrival. Enjoying the wonderful beach atmosphere, delicious seafood, typical greek dishes, nice and attentive staff we chose it our favourite hang out for the evenings. The second day we came the staff already remembered, how we like assour greek coffee. We really appreciated the excellent and cordially service, all the staff took care of us with great engagement. We'll certainly come back.

Just booked our vacation for 2017 to lovely Kokkari again (we're sorry, last time has been 4 years ago already).
We will be enjoying your hospitality from the 8th until the 22nd of June.
We would like to reserve 2 sun beds for that period :-)

Last year we found out Meltemi and had great dinners; this year we came back to Samos and we could't miss this eccellent restaurant. Always fresh Fish with a reasonable price, great location (eating in front of the sea) a staff always careful professional and mostly friendly (despite they are used to handle lot of clients every night).
The night we came back one of the waiters recognized us even after 1 year saying "How are you? It's Nice to see you again". Priceless.
Congratulations for everything! Definetely the best restaurant in Samos.

Today is the last day that our restaurant is open for the summer season 2015 ! It was one more time a successful season !
We want to Thank YOU all for choosing to dine with us again this summer season, for your support all those years ! We really appreciate it ! Don't know how to thank you enough !
